EZ Loader (Archived — Migration Cancelled)
Status: Archived. Forza is not migrating to EZ Loader.
EZ Loader was previously evaluated and selected as the replacement for MVMNT, with a planned cutover targeted May 1–5, 2026. On 2026-04-28 that migration was cancelled and Forza is staying on MVMNT as the permanent TMS. See DECISIONS.md for the reasoning.
This page is preserved for historical reference only. Any UKB references to EZ Loader as the active TMS are out-of-date and being rewritten to reflect MVMNT as the system of record.

Why we walked away:
- MVMNT’s Full TMS tier already covers RateLens, AI Email Quoting, two-way QuickBooks-Online sync, and direct integrations with Highway, HaulPay, Trucker-Tools, DAT, and Parade — most of what EZ Loader was being brought in to provide.
- The unresolved EZ Loader → QBO sync issue was a blocking risk for go-live.
- Replatforming would have absorbed effort that’s better spent on the Hermes + n8n automation layer.
