The Carrier Relationships Lead owns the full carrier-facing operational lifecycle at Forza. This seat combines carrier network development with day-to-day load execution — from sourcing and vetting carriers through booking loads, tracking, document closing, and ongoing relationship management.
This seat absorbs the responsibilities of the former Ops Manager, Logistics Coordinator, and Carrier Relationships Manager seats.
Major Accountabilities

Carrier Network Development — Build and maintain Forza’s carrier network. Source capacity through DAT, Parade, Trucker-Tools, and direct relationships. Onboard new carriers through Highway.

Load Execution — Book loads in MVMNT, assign carriers, confirm rates, dispatch, and manage track & trace through delivery.

Document Closing — Ensure BOLs, PODs, rate confirmations, and accessorial documentation are collected and complete for every load.

Carrier Relations & Capacity Building — Develop deep carrier relationships that give Forza priority access to capacity. Manage carrier performance rankings and feedback loops.

Risk & Compliance — Carrier vetting standards, insurance monitoring, fraud prevention, claims mitigation.
