Usage Rules
- Routing: External inquiries should hit department inboxes first, not individual emails. Prevents the “bouncing around” problem and keeps Nick out of the weeds.
- Sales inbox: Not yet created. Until it exists, shipper inquiries route through Martina’s direct email or Pipedrive CRM.
Inbox Monitoring Standard
All department inboxes must be checked every business day. When the primary owner is out, explicit coverage must be assigned — no inbox goes unmonitored.
