Usage Rules
- Routing: External inquiries should hit department inboxes first, not individual emails. Prevents the “bouncing around” problem and keeps Nick out of the weeds.
- Accounting inbox: Must be monitored daily by Concetta. The 2/19/26 fraud attempt exposed that
accounting@was not being checked consistently. - Sales inbox: Not yet created. Until it exists, shipper inquiries route through Martina’s direct email or Pipedrive CRM.
