Speed2Quote (S2Q)
Speed2Quote is Forza’s email quoting and rate intelligence platform — sitting upstream of MVMNT load creation. Forza is on the most premium plan.
Role in Forza OS: Captures inbound quote requests from email, generates quote responses with live carrier rate data, and feeds accepted quotes into MVMNT as new loads. Speed2Quote is the front-of-funnel quoting layer; MVMNT is the load-execution and accounting layer.

Where it fits in the workflow
Speed2Quote operates upstream of Phase 1 in Forza’s documented lifecycle — at the inbound-quote stage, before a deal becomes a Shipper. Its outputs feed:
- Pipedrive — quote activity gets logged as deal notes and activity (via the planned n8n integration).
- MVMNT — accepted quotes convert to loads in MVMNT.
It is not yet woven into the Phase 1–7 step files. As Speed2Quote rollout advances, specific steps may be added or modified.
