Microsoft 365 is Forza’s email, document, and productivity suite. It hosts the accounting inbox (accounting@forzalogisticsgroup.com), individual rep email addresses, and email templates for Sales intro emails and Accounting outreach. Documents live in SharePoint/OneDrive. Team chat and meetings happen in Teams.
Role in Forza OS: Email platform, document storage, productivity suite, and (via Graph API) the integration backbone for n8n automation work.
