Concetta holds both the CFO and Senior Accounting seats at Forza Logistics Group. She is the primary operational owner of the accounting workflow — from Shipper onboarding in HaulPay and EZ Loader through invoicing, payment receipt, carrier payment, and month-end close. The majority of Accounting-owned steps in the Forza OS are performed by Concetta today.
