Apple Pages is currently used by Concetta to generate the per-Shipper billing detail document attached to the Debtor Verification & NOA outreach email (Step 1.8). The .pages format is not universally accessible — Windows-based Shipper AP teams cannot open it natively. Conversion to PDF is documented as a gap closure action.

Role in Forza OS: Legacy document creation for billing detail attachments. Flagged for replacement with PDF.
