James holds the Ops Manager and Senior Ops seats at Forza Logistics Group. He owns the operational side of the freight lifecycle — carrier assignment, dispatch, tracking, and the EZ Loader to QBO sync resolution. James is currently working with EZ Loader support to resolve the sync integration issue that is a critical blocker for the May 1–5 go-live.
