SharePoint OneDrive
SharePoint and OneDrive (both Microsoft 365 services) serve as Forza’s document storage and tracking infrastructure. The Shipper Onboarding Intake Form (built in Microsoft-Forms) routes submissions to the accounting inbox and creates a tracking record in SharePoint. Signed documents, NOA PDFs, and carrier packets are stored here.
