Microsoft Forms is the tool used to build Forza’s Shipper Onboarding Intake Form — the structured, required-field intake that Sales completes when a new Shipper is committed. Form submissions route automatically to accounting@forzalogisticsgroup.com and create a tracking record in SharePoint-OneDrive. This form is the first quality gate in the onboarding process.
