Microsoft 365 (including Outlook) is Forza’s email and productivity suite. It hosts the accounting inbox (accounting@forzalogisticsgroup.com), individual rep email addresses, and email templates for Sales intro emails and Accounting outreach. The Shipper Onboarding Intake Form is built in Microsoft Forms (a Microsoft 365 service).
