HaulPay — Remittance Pay-To
HaulPay (Dakota Financial LLC) is our factoring partner and handles all shipper payment collection for factored loads.

Remittance Processing Rules
- All remittances MUST be emailed to
payments@haulpay.io - ACH and wire payments cannot be applied without an emailed remittance
- Remittance advice should include:
- Invoice number(s) being paid
- Payment amount
- Shipper name
- Forza’s MC# (1612252) for payer identification
- Remittances are received and applied by HaulPay, then reflected in HaulPay’s portal
- Concetta reconciles HaulPay portal balances against QuickBooks-Online records — see Phase 5: Cash Application
Fifth Third Bank — Forza Direct
For non-factored loads (self-financed or reserve-based), payments go directly to Forza’s Fifth-Third-Bank account.
