Added Contingent Auto Liability (5K deductible) and deductible details to all coverages. Updated Vendor Contacts insurance section.
- Seat Title Fix — Renamed

Archived absorbed seats (Ops-Manager, Logistics-Coordinator, Carrier-Relationships-Manager) withstatus: archived. - Team Directory Cleanup — Removed fraud reference from usage rules. Added Inbox Monitoring Standard table (all inboxes daily, backup coverage defined).
- Email-Routing Fix — Updated dispatch routing reference to “Carrier Relationships Lead (hiring) — Nick interim.” Softened fraud language in Current State to “incident.”
- Departed People Archived — Added
draft: trueto James, Jen, and Stevan person pages to remove from sidebar navigation.

Seat restructuring — consolidated three departed seats into Carrier Relationships Lead:
- New Seat — Created
Carrier-Relationships-Lead.md(based on Stevan’s old seat). Actively hiring. Owns carrier network development, load execution, document closing, carrier relations, and capacity building. - Absorbed Seats — Ops Manager, Logistics Coordinator, and Carrier Relationships Manager seats marked as “Absorbed by Carrier Relationships Lead (hiring).” Retained for reference but not separately recruited.
- Accountability Chart — Replaced “Director of Operations — VACANT” with “Carrier Relationships Lead — HIRING” section. Added Nick’s interim ops oversight and Casey’s Price Desk assistance.
- Scorecard — Updated “Director of Operations — VACANT” to “Carrier Relationships Lead — HIRING” with consolidated focus areas.
- Quarterly Rocks — Updated departure note to reflect all three departures and consolidation.
- Team Directory — Added Carrier Relationships Lead as “Hiring” row. Updated interim coverage note. Changed Casey’s title to President.
- Home Page — Updated to “5 seats (4 filled).” Added interim coverage banner. Added Carrier Relationships Lead to seats list.
- Phase 2 & 3 Indexes — Updated primary owner from “Vacant — Ops Manager” to “Vacant — Carrier Relationships Lead (hiring).” Updated interim coverage notes.
- Price Desk — Noted as roadmap item for agent automation, not a hired seat. Casey assists Nick until agent is built.
